Names, wording, dates, interests, themes and other meaningful details can be part of the conversation. Options depend on the item and design, and the agreed personalization is recorded in the quote.

How is pricing determined? Is there a minimum order?

The quote reflects the project scope, item, personalization, quantity and timing. Any minimum quantity, item-specific costs and additional charges are confirmed with the quote rather than assumed.

How long does a project take? Can I request a rush project?

Include your desired date in the inquiry. Estimated completion, availability and whether a rush request is feasible are confirmed before you commit.

How do proofs and revisions work?

The quote sets out the design proof process, the revisions included and any additional revision costs. Confirm the final proof in writing before the agreed production or delivery step.

How do payment, shipping and pickup work?

Payment timing, when production begins, available fulfillment methods, delivery charges and the destination are confirmed for the specific project before an order proceeds.

What if I need to cancel, or an item needs a correction?

The quote should confirm cancellation and refund terms, along with how damage or corrections will be handled for your project. Ask about these details before approving the work.

What about personal photos and portfolio permission?
